Science and Christianity

I don't think there is any conflict between Science and Christianity. But because some people believe in very definite things - like the 6,000 yr old earth, because of the creation story - this brings a head-on collision with Scientists who believe the earth is at least a few million years old. As far as I know the debate stil goes on... and as far as I am concerned, I don't care. :-)

All I know is that I'm caught in a nasty traffic jam. I may not know what caused it because data on the cause is sparse, but I can see where I'm heading because there's more data on that based on present observations. The "theory "of the Bible on how to avert my disastrous end seems logical based on the plenteous present and sparse past data. So, I apply the "theory" of the Bible to avert my disastrous destiny. That's my simpleton scientific theology in a nutshell. :-)
